| 1980
- ALPS |
In
1980 he made numerous solo tours to the Alps during the
winter months.
|
| 1982
- GREENLAND |
In
1982, at the age of 21, he completed his first solo expedition
to Greenland. He made contact with the Eskimos living
and fishing with them.
|
| 1983
- NORWAY |
In
1983 he made another solitary polar expedition, the first
in winter. The destination was the Svalbard islands 78
degrade north of Norway.

1984
- CANADA, GREENLAND
|
On
april 1984 began another adventure in the company of Paolo
Grisendi with whom he traveled to Canada. From here on,
his great aim was to reach the Magnetic North Pole, one
of the most remote destinations he had ever travelled
to. They tawed a sledge for 250 km and at the end they
reach teh Magnetic North Pole, a milestone in the history
of polar expeditions.
In Agoust he planned another solitary expedition: Greenland
was the destination. He travelled 270 km across the Baffin
Sea by kayak.

- ANTARTICA |
|
The
seven members of the expedition wose of three different
nationalities (Italian, French, Swiss). The Basile, sail-boat
took them to 1000 miles on Antarctica planet were they
reach the 68 degrades south. Bondavalli reached the summit
of mount Schott solo.

| 1986
- ALASKA, USA, GREENLAND |
|
Alaska:
the utilization of a dog sledge that permit the symbioses
between man and animals. He covered 500 km in McKinley
(denali) National Park. In July he accompanied three archeres
to the south of Greenland they walked for 100 km trekking
in Greenland fiords.

- GREENLAND, CANADA |
|
With
an alpinist cameraman of Swiss television, Fulvio Mariani,
he reached the North Geomagnetic Pole for the first time
with the skies and pulkas. Scientific reserch and two
films about Thule Eskimo's wild life and the expedition
to N.G.M.P. was to be the next aim. On summer time with
two friends he travelled over 800 km on the Yukon river
from Canada to Alaska by canoe.

- ITALY, GREENLAND |
|
He
made a photographic shoot by kayak with Thule Eskimos'
narwall hunters in north Greenland. He partecipate at
the Alpirod, a sledge dog race 700 km in all European
Alps.

- CHILE, YEMEN |
|
He
lived on Robinson Crusoe island for a survival experiences
like that of Alexander Selkirk, a sailor man who lived
on this island for four years in 1704. Carlo Bondavalli
book "Solo nel Pacifico" was based on the diary
he kept during his 100 days experience on Robinson Crusoe
island on Juan Fernandes arcipelago 350 naut. miles from
Chile cost.

- SIBERIA, URSS |
|
Siberia
U.R.S.S. first expedition after 1916 (North East passage
by Roald Amundsen) to reach the Ciukci he spended with
them 15 days following Reins migration.

- ECUADOR |
|
Ecuador
expedition: tour to Galapagos, film-reportage about Waorani
(the most primitive indios in the Amazonian rainforest,
reportage on the head reduction proces with the Shuares
tribe. He reaced the summit of Cotopaxi 5837 m. the active
highest vulcano in the world.

- INDONESIA |
|
Following
the footsheps of Franchetti Baron he spent one month on
Ceram island and lived with Huaoulo tribe he reaced also
Irian Jaia (Papua New Guinea) with Dani tribe. From this
experience he wrote the book "Sulle orme del Barone
Franchetti".

He
partecipated in Transitalia 1300 km in a sledge_dog
race.
Bolivia '93 he travelled 2400 km from Titicaca lake
to Argentina by jeep on Salar De Uyuni, Laguna Verde,
Laguna Colorada from 4500 to 5000 m. on sea level.
He reaced th Chile in a solo trip in one week.

- EAST GREENLAND |
|
He
travelled 350 km on inlandis and fiords with two Eskimos,
two dog-sledges and Mr. Paolo Trento.

| 1995
- TIBET, CHINA, NEPAL |
|
1800
km covered by off-road vehicle in Tibet and going up to
the base camp of Namche Barwa (Tibet), mountain 7800 metres
high, and never visited from western escursionists up
to now. Visit to Basum Lake (Tibet), lake of incomparable
beauty (500 mt abov sea level) and to the most important
Tibetian Monasteries.
This is one of the most beautiful experiences of the eastern
mysticism.

|
Seven
days of trekking along the pre-himalayan region with six
horses.
|

- AUSTRALIA E YUNG ISLAND (Andamane Sea), MALAYSIA |
|
He
tries, with no succes for an eardrum problem, to live
alone on a island, making an experience similar to the
one of Shoighi Yokoi, the japanese who stayed in loneliness
for 28 years on the island of Guam believing that the
war against USA wasn't over.

- MONGOLIA, SOUTH AFRICA |
|
Paleontologic
expedition together with Paolo Trento. They cover 2500
km from Ulan Bator to Gobi Desert by off-road vehicle.
They hire four camels and arrive in the Dinosaur Valley.
He will find the skill of a proceratopis who lived 65
million years ago.
In South Africa he will realize a speleologic reportage
concerning Cango Cave.
